CABINET VISION South East Asia is a leading distributor of software products servicing the woodworking industry. Our products help companies who design and manufacture goods such as cabinets and joinery for homes, offices, schools and hospitals, as well as other commercial projects to fully automate their design to manufacturing processes. Saving time, eliminating costly mistakes and increasing productivity.
Working in a team of like minded individuals who love what they do, you will be expected to:
Troubleshoot software installation issues.
Prepare and conduct customer training on the various software we sell and support.
Troubleshoot software issues and customer questions.
Continuously learn new versions of the software.
Document all activating into the company CRM system.
Provide technical demonstrations and provide advice to prospects as required.
Keep customers up to date with the latest technical updates in the software and provide first line technical support and troubleshooting with customers.
Reporting customer request for enhancements to the product development team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the Kitchen Cabinet Industry, Kitchen Design or Interior Design. Ideally you will have use CAD software previously, or have experience operating a CNC machine however this not essential.
We are looking for someone with a personality who has a drive and passion for improvement, who can think on their feet and loves to travel.
Work from home, or at our customers site when providing onsite training.
Strong oral and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and ideally Mandarin or Cantonese.
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in a related field.
Preferred Skill(s): Sales Experience, Kitchen Cabinet Design, and/or CNC Operator or Service Technician.
