Q: I have heard that Cabinet Vision now has a new eSupport website. Is this true?
A: Yes, we are now in the process of initializing the new site. Here is how to participate:
1) Go to the old eSupport site as usual and notice the announcement on the front page:
2) Make sure to read the detailed information for how you proceed. Notice you must contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR) for access as they are setup to handle this transition. Do not contact your regional Sales Representative or the Technical Support department.
3) The new site has many new features such as customer communities, a Wiki knowledge base, keyless entry, and new training movies.
